C.F. Maier has stood for innovation and quality in plastics processing for over sixty years. In order to meet the increased requirements and the growing diversity of its product range, C.F. Maier has fundamentally revised its brand architecture. The new structure ensures that the individual brands have a clear profile and enables the company to address different target groups in a targeted manner. As part of the realignment, the website has also been completely redesigned. The individual brands now present themselves with individual online presences that provide clear orientation and easy access to the respective services and offers of the various brands.
Five brands under the C.F. Maier umbrella brand
The newly introduced brand architecture divides the former C.F. Maier group of companies into five sharply profiled units, which are positioned under the umbrella brand C.F. Maier. This structure enables a targeted approach to the different market segments and creates clarity about the company's broad range of services. The C.F. Maier umbrella brand will retain its function and name and will appear with a new logo and claim “pioneering the future”.
The umbrella brand serves as a cultural and historical anchor for the other brands. It presents the family business in historical, current, social and ecological terms and is responsible for administration, communication, innovation management and key strategic decisions. Two sub-brands and three product brands with different customer groups and product responsibilities are located under this umbrella. Each of these brands has a concise message aimed at clearly defined target groups.
Two new sub-brands will be introduced to channel selected competencies of the group of companies:
Sub-brand: C.F. Maier-TEC - Pioneers in Composites
C.F. Maier-TEC combines a variety of production processes under one roof and focuses on the production of plastic and fiber composite components on behalf of industrial customers. Thanks to a high level of service orientation with forward-looking planning and logistics, C.F. Maier-TEC's offering forms the basis for high-quality production at an optimum price-performance ratio. The brand encompasses all relevant processes, materials and other competencies offered by the C.F. Maier group of companies and is aimed at business and department management, development, product management and purchasing on the customer side.

Sub-brand: C.F. Maier-CE - Communal Equipment
C.F. Maier-CE produces high-quality products and solutions made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) for public spaces. C.F. Maier-CE does not act as a supplier, but as a manufacturer of its own product ranges. These primarily include the proven, modular cover systems for sewage treatment plants and recycling containers for waste management. In future, the range is to be expanded to include smart street furniture that offers pioneering solutions for local authorities through the integration of digital services. The brand's range is primarily aimed at municipal decision-makers, urban developers and the environmental and water management sectors.

In addition, there are three product brands that are already established as independent names on the market:
Product brand: SCA - Mobile Living
With decades of experience in the manufacture of pop-up and high roofs for camper vans and minibuses, SCA is the market leader in this segment. The brand combines high-quality workmanship with innovative product development to meet the increasing demands of the outdoor and camping industry. In addition to OEMs in the motorhome industry and camping vehicle outfitters, SCA also targets end consumers who are looking for premium solutions for their travel experience.

Product brand: Jaksche Kunststofftechnik
Following the takeover in July 2023, Jaksche Kunststofftechnik will continue to operate as an independent brand for the time being in order to optimally serve the needs of existing customers. The company brings more than fifty years of experience in plastics processing and complements the portfolio of the C.F. Maier Group with specialized solutions for the construction, agricultural machinery and municipal vehicle industries. Jaksche is aimed at existing customers as well as new customers and developers of small series.

Product brand: Packasport - Rooftop Cargo Boxes made in the USA
Packasport, an established manufacturer of high-quality roof boxes for the US camping and leisure market and former customer of C.F. Maier, has been part of the group since 2024. The acquisition included the takeover of all production tools, the trade name and the communication and distribution channels. With the acquisition, C.F. Maier is expanding its range with an innovative and durable in-house product while strengthening its position in the end customer market.

Strategic realignment for sustainable success
“Today, products and services are becoming increasingly similar. The most reliable differentiating feature is therefore the brand. It provides orientation and defines the profile,” explains Maximilian Maier, CEO of the C.F. Maier Group. “As our range of services has grown considerably in recent years, we now had to ensure greater differentiation in order to optimally address our various markets and target groups. With our new brand structure, we are achieving exactly that.”
With the realignment, C.F. Maier is positioning itself for the future and creating clear brand identities that meet the requirements of the market.
The company is thus setting an important milestone in further expanding its innovative strength and market leadership.
